Wallpaper Color, Style and Description Disclaimer
Wallpaperthehome.com does not warrant the accuracy of its product through product descriptions, color and style categories. Computer monitors, mobile devices and video screens may give slightly different color representations of the actual product. The color, style and product descriptions shown on Wallpaperthehome.com do not necessarily reflect 100% accuracy, but will be very close. In order to ensure the complete accuracy of a product, we recommend purchasing samples.
Shipments and Delivery
Wallpaper the Home offers free ground shipping on all orders over $149.00 in the continental United States. Orders for less than $149.00 will have a shipping fee of $11.99. Samples are $4.99 each with free shipping. Customers from Hawaii and Alaska will be contacted within 24-48 hours regarding special shipping rates. After the order has finished processing, it will be received within 3-7 business days. All standard shipments will be shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS and tracking information will be forwarded to the customer when available. Sample orders are mailed via USPS and may take approximately 10 business days to receive (no tracking numbers are available with sample orders).
Most orders through Wallpaper the Home are processed within 24-48 hours from the time that your order is placed. We will contact you during this time if any items are not readily available, on back-order, or out of stock.
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box. UPS and FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box at this time.
Returns and Replacements
We understand an occasional return is needed. We ask that you request authorization to return the merchandise within 30 days of recieving your shipment. All wallpaper returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee unless defective. When you receive the order, make sure that you thoroughly inspect it for correct quantity and pattern.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is over 30 days from delivery date
- Wallpaper that is opened and not in original packaging
- 54" commercial goods
- Case-priced wallpaper or borders
- Wallpaper murals
- Any stated clearance, specials, or discontinued items
- Any merchandise returned in non-resaleable condition
- Any merchandise returned without a return authorization
Please do not send return items back to us without a return authorization, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items.
Packaging and Sending Your Returns
Please contact us via our contact form to obtain a return authorization number. Our customer service personal will be happy to assist you with this process.
You will be issued a refund after we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used to purchase your item.
If your return is not due to our error or defect of merchandise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are not refundable. If you have questions or concerns about a refund, feel free to contact us.
